Peder Christensen is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 17 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence in the revenue cycle management sector.
As Founder of Ocean Health Executives, Peder oversees all business unit functions, including strategic direction, partnerships, sales and marketing, operations, and financial performance. He is deeply passionate about building platforms and solutions that empower healthcare professionals to connect, collaborate, and thrive.
In addition to his leadership at Ocean Health Executives, Peder serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Enjoin, a physician-founded organization renowned for its expertise in clinical documentation improvement. In this role, he helps providers enhance patient outcomes through more accurate and impactful documentation.
Peder holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Social Sciences from the University of Central Florida.

Stacy Swartz is the Chief Operating Officer of Ocean Health Executives, bringing three decades of leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, health information management, and compliance.
She has led multi-facility healthcare organizations and supported hospitals, physician groups, and national vendors with end-to-end solutions across coding, clinical documentation integrity (CDI), auditing, EMR conversion, payer escalation, and operational optimization.
Stacy is a nationally recognized subject-matter expert in medical coding and auditing, with deep experience across inpatient, outpatient, professional, emergency department, pathology, and specialty services. She is known for building high-performing teams, developing scalable audit and coding programs, and delivering measurable financial and compliance outcomes for her clients.
In addition to her healthcare leadership, Stacy is a published author and educator. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and has authored professional healthcare publications while mentoring and teaching future healthcare professionals.
